YOUTH BASKETBALL REGISTRATION
How To Register
Registering for youth basketball is a two part process. You're child is not registered until you have completed both of the following steps:
- Filling out the registration form below.
- Payment via PayPal. You must pay online, to reserve your space. *If you do not wish to pay online, please fill out the registration form and pay at the gym.*
REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED...SIGN UPS BEGIN IN AUGUST!!!
Please note the following:
Reserving a space on Basketball league team: A $25 non-refundable deposit reserves a space in each basketball league for each child. Payment in full is due upon registration to guarantee a space. Space is limited; registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposits may not be transferred to future sessions.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SONORA SPORTS & FITNESS POLICIES:
No full refunds are given unless the program is cancelled by SSFC. If you provide cancellation for your basketball player seven or more days prior to start of basketball league practice session: Full refund minus a $25 non-refundable deposit fee will be issued. If you provide cancellation for your basketball player six days or less prior to start of basketball league practice session: Full refund minus a $10 administrative fee and the $25 non-refundable deposit fee will be issued. No pro-rated credits will be issued for partial attendance at a basketball league session or missed days of basketball league due to illness, behavioral issues, or any other reason. By completing the registration form below, you acknowledge, understand and agree to the Sonora Sports & Fitness Center policies regarding payments, transfers, cancellations, and credits.
