TRX--Total Body Resistance Training
This workout is designed to build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries. TRX Suspension Training harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you workout and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty, regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals.
If you are looking to CHALLENGE your body through a core centered workout, or just looking to take your workout in a different direction TRX Suspension Training would be a great choice. Training can be done individually and/or in a group setting.
