Summer Youth Programs, like you've never seen before offered here at Sonora Sports & Fitness Center! We are excited to offer a variety of programs that can fit with YOUR schedule! Please find below all of our different options available for this summer!

Full Day Camp Fun

Our Full Day Camps will involve character building, sports training in Basketball, Soccer, Softball, Volleyball (lead by qualified instructors), pool time, as well as indoor & outdoor activities. Boys & Girls ages 7-14.
8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday for two weeks!
Extended Care
Supervision extended to your camper for the full session! Great for the working parent!
4:00pm-5:30pm
Half Day Camp Fun

Half Day Camp, provides your child to be involved in character building and sports training in Basketball, Soccer, Softball, Volleyball (lead by qualified instructors). Boys & Girls ages 7-14.
8:00am-12:00pm Monday through Friday for two weeks!
Guppies **NOT AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

Ages: 5-11
Guppies is an introduction to swimming. The group will focus on teaching kids to swim all four strokes safely and correctly. Education is the main emphasis. The class is perfect for kids who love the water and want to swim with kids of the same ability and age. Youth must be able to swim 15 yards non-stop to participate.

SPECIALTY SPORT CAMPS
Volleyball
Instructor(s): Melissa Costa, Loraine Neves
Girls - Grades: 7th-9th
Our Club SSV coaches are looking to create a positive environment for all skill levels to improve their volleyball game! This camp will focus on technique for serving, hitting, passing, blocking and overall team play. This is a great way to prepare for your upcoming school season or for Club Volleyball try-outs in the fall.
11:00am-12:30pm Monday through Friday
Football
Instructor: Tim Gallagher
Ages: 7-14
Football camp will teach various techniques for playing this fun and exciting game! Kids will learn: proper stance for each position, balance and leverage for blocking and tackling.
10am-12pm Monday through Friday
Basketball
Instructor: Nicki Holt
Ages: 7-14
Basketball camp is designed to improve your child's basketball fundamentals. This week long camp will cover: passing, dribbling, ball-handling, shooting, defensive stance, rebounding, and blocking out! The kids will be able to show off what they've learned with fun games and scrimmages!

Fitness Boxing

Ages:7-14
Fitness boxing is an exciting program that keeps kids engaged and moving. This camp will include fun filled kicking and punching workouts that will build strength and endurance.
1pm-2pm Monday through Friday
Wrestling
Instructor: Jim Baldrige
Ages:7-14
Wrestling camp will offer your child a great opportunity to work on drills and improve skills as they prepare for their upcoming school year. Learn the best take down methods, escapes and pinning combinations!
9am – 12pm Monday through Thursday
