Please make note of the new classes as well as the time changes in some of our regularly scheduled classes.

Please read the following

All classes are 1 hour, except where noted-**Power 1/2 classes are 30 minutes long*RPM/Spin classes are 45 minutes long.

 

Please arrive early to all cycling classes to set up bike; beginners & demos should arrive 15 minutes early. Additional charge for Indoor Cycling classes (see front desk)-Two FREE RPM/Indoor Cycling trials available to newcomers.

 

RPM/Indoor Cycling class and BODYPUMP classes will take place in the SPIN ROOM

Water Aerobics Classes will take place in the ADULT CENTER POOL

All other classes will take place in the GROUP EXERCISE ROOM
