Regularly Scheduled Classes

BODYFLOW is the Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates workout that builds flexibility & strength, leaving you feeling centered & calm. Controlled breathing, concentration & a carefully stuctured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BODYFLOW will:
- Improve joint flexibility and range of motion
- Increase your core strength
- Reduce your stress level
- Provide a lasting sense of well-being and calm
- Focus the mind and raise consciousness levels through controlled breathing
Similar to Yoga Basics this class will strengthen and lengthen your muscles leaving you feeling invigorated and energetic. Postures are held longer and with work toward precise body alignment. As always you may work at your own pace and modifications to make the class easier or harder are always given.
Straight up Step and Body Blast are high-energy step aerobics classes designed to get your heart-pumpin'. This class is toe-tapping fun, and provides overall strength and cardio to your workout! The hour will fly by with great music and enthusiastic instruction.

Fit & Fabulous is a low-impact aerobics class perfect for members new to group exercise and healthy, active seniors. This class incorporates choreographed floor and step movements that help facilitate cardiorespiratory function and fat loss. Exercises to improve upper body, lower body and core strength and stretches to improve flexibility give you a full-body, total health workout.
Slightly lower in intensity than Fit & Fabulous with extra emphasis on coordination, balance, strength and core work this class is great for seniors or those recovering from an injury. Light to medium weights, bands and stability balls are used during class. Exercise modifications are given for any special limitations. This is an excellent complement to water aerobics.
This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals. No matter what your fitness level, you'll get fit, stay fit and get fitter!

30 minutes of BODYPUMP, to strenghten & tone the body, followed by 30 minutes of BODYATTACK, a sports-inspired
cardio workout, to build stamina & endurance.

Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. There is a nominal fee associated used for bike maintenance. $4/class or $10/month. Come check it out for free and decide if you like it! Please arrive a few minutes early for help setting up you bike. A towel and water are strongly recommended.

Water Aerobics is excellent for all levels of exerciser from beginner to advanced. The low impact water environment is great for individuals seeking active recovery from high impact workouts or those recovering from an injury. It is a safe, low-impact workout that will protect the joints. Buoys or noodles are an option for the more advanced but the resistance of the water against the limbs provides and excellent workout for beginners.
This unique class created by our Sonora Sports and Fitness instructors is the union of two great workouts combined to bring you the energy of stepping with the control of kickboxing. You will step, kick, punch and sculpt your way through this upbeat combination workout!
